Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales in a defined territory and win new business.

You will join an award-winning training program and collaborate with internal partners to present ADP HR solutions to HR and executive decision-makers. You will manage multiple deals through the sales process, document progress, and drive referrals and cross-sell opportunities as you advance through implementation.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with upbeat, persistent style and ability to cold call
• Proven track record in outside B2B sales and meeting quotas
• Ambitious, thrives under pressure and aims to exceed quotas
• Three years of B2B sales experience preferred, in field sales if possible

Responsibilities

• Close sales within a defined territory and hit sales goals
• Develop relationships with HR and executive decision-makers
• Cross-sell with other ADP associates to grow existing accounts
• Collaborate as a trusted advisor and maintain ethical standards
