Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) is seeking a Sales Representative in the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) space. The role focuses on closing sales within a defined territory and building strong relationships with HR and executive decision-makers to deliver ADP HR solutions.

You will participate in training programs, manage multiple sales processes, and advance with a company that rewards performance with industry-leading compensation, rewards, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
• Military experience — We recognize and appreciate the unique talents and experiences Veterans bring to the table.
• Bonus points for building a network and effectively using social media for sales.

Responsabilités

• Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: close sales within a defined territory and reach sales goals by implementing a top-down sales strategy.
• Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: close sales by recommending the right solutions and earn referral business by networking with decision-makers.
• Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: cross-sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
• Collaborate Daily: serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners, maintaining high ethical standards.
