Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales within a defined territory and join an award-winning training program. You will engage HR and executive decision-makers, present the best ADP HR solutions, and manage multiple deals from lead to close.

Qualifications

Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales).
Military experience, including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a “never lose” mentality.
Positive self-starter with persistent, upbeat style and ability to cold call.
A college degree is great but not required; other acceptable experience includes military experience.

Responsibilities

Grow Our Business Within a defined, protected territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
Close sales by recommending the right HR solutions and earn referral business by networking with clients.
Cross-sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners, upholding high ethical standards.
