Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in a defined U.S. territory.

You will close sales, win new business, and participate in ADP’s renowned training program while engaging HR leaders to present top-tier HR solutions and benefits offerings. You will manage multiple deals through the sales cycle, collaborate with internal partners, and leverage cross-selling opportunities across the ADP family.

Qualifications

• Positive self-starter with persistent style and ability to cold call.
• Strategic closer with quota experience in outside B2B sales.
• Proven winner who thrives under pressure and exceeds quotas.
• Bachelor's degree not required; relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business within a defined, protected territory to close sales and hit goals.
• Turn prospects into clients by presenting ADP solutions to real business needs.
• Cross-sell with ADP teams to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners with integrity.
