Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales within a defined territory and drive new business for ADP's HR solutions.

You'll participate in an award-winning training program, engage with HR and executive decision-makers, and build relationships across accounts while pursuing aggressive quotas with industry-leading compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
• Military experience -- skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never lose mentality will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas through effective territory management and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend training programs and engage with both new and existing clients to sell HR solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, and assess buyer needs to present ADP solutions.
• Document sales processes across stages and drive deals through to implementation.
