Job summary

ID.me in Mountain View, CA is seeking an experienced HRIS Technical Lead to own UKG Pro/UKG Ready Timekeeping configuration and broader HR tech stack. You will lead data architecture, governance, and strategic integrations across HR, payroll, and compliance while driving AI-enhanced automation.

You will partner with People, IT, Payroll, Finance, and Compliance to plan, test, and deploy system changes, support SOX and audit reporting, and mentor teams on best practices in HR technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of HRIS experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Advanced working knowledge of UKG Pro and UKG Ready Timekeeping.
• Experience with CultureAmp, Greenhouse, Absorb, Enboarder, HR Acuity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and super admin for UKG Pro and UKG Ready Timekeeping, managing architecture and complex workflows.
• Own technical integrations with CultureAmp, Greenhouse, Absorb, Enboarder, HR Acuity and other systems.
• Champion AI-forward HR tech, implementing automated workflows and AI-driven analytics.
• Maintain timekeeping rules, pay codes, accruals, schedules, and related policies.
• Manage user permissions, security roles, and provide expert HRIS support.
• Plan, test, and deploy changes across payroll, finance, IT, and operations with impact analysis.
• Lead data architecture and governance for HR data mapping and feeds.
• Create reports and dashboards to track headcount, turnover, and retention.
