Job summary

Highmark Health in Salem, Oregon is seeking an HR Technology Analyst to support HR and Payroll systems across the enterprise. The role partners with HR customers to analyze issues, gather requirements, and configure solutions, testing changes, and deploying new features within update cycles.

You will work with Enterprise Process Owners and IT teams to ensure system capabilities align with business needs, while conducting user sessions to capture voice of the customer and drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, HR, or related field is required.
• 6 years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree accepted.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years designing HR business solutions using IT.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure HR and Payroll applications with future feature awareness.
• Gather requirements and translate to functional specifications for HR systems.
• Coordinate upgrades, testing, and deployment with stakeholders, and provide production support.
• Lead process design activities and ensure compliance with change control.
