Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure HR/payroll applications and test scripts for changes.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze system issues and enhancement opportunities.
• Gather requirements and translate them into functional specs for deployments.
• Coordinate upgrades, testing, and deployment with IT and business teams.
• Provide BAU support and ensure processes run within defined SLAs.
