Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field
• 5 years' experience in designing, building, and implementing HRIT solutions
• 2 years' experience with Workday, Kronos, Salesforce or LMS
• 3 years' Functional business process experience with HR
• 3 years' experience in business analysis and requirements definition

• Maintain knowledge of future application features and map requirements to capabilities
• Configure, test and deploy solutions with IT stakeholders
• Provide production support for HR processes and system issues
• Lead unit testing and regression testing with test scripts
• Adhere to change control and audit/compliance processes
