Qualifikationen

• 5 years' experience designing HR IT solutions.
• 2 years' experience in at least one of Workday, Kronos, Salesforce or a Learning Management System
• 3 years Functional business process experience with Human Resources
• 3 years experience in business analysis and requirements definition

Aufgaben

• Maintain and upgrade HR applications, gather requirements and test changes.
• Collaborate with customers to align capabilities with strategy.
• Manage system upgrades, deployment plans, and process improvements.
• Lead testing and documentation for BAU and project work.
• Ensure change control and compliance for all updates.
• Provide production support for HR processes.
