Job summary
Highmark Health is seeking an HR Technology Manager to partner with stakeholders across Enterprise and HR Technology Management. You will analyze system and process issues, gather requirements, configure solutions, and deploy new features in support of customer needs.
You will drive configuration, testing, and deployment, while maintaining system design, metrics, and compliance. Collaboration with Business and IT teams is essential to success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years' experience designing and implementing HR business solutions using IT.
- Experience with HR systems configuration and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and configuration of HR and payroll applications; develop test scripts and perform regression testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define capabilities and ensure requirements are agreed upon.
- Translate business processes into functional requirements and manage system upgrades.
- Lead testing, deployment, and change-control activities for assigned HR technology areas.
- Provide production support and address user experience issues through optimization.
