Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an experienced HR Technology professional to manage system configuration, testing, and deployment across HR-related applications. You will partner with stakeholders to analyze issues, gather requirements, and implement solutions that enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
5 years' experience designing, building, and implementing HR solutions using information technology.
2 years' experience in at least one of Workday, Kronos, Salesforce, or an LMS.
3 years' experience in business analysis and requirements definition.
3 years' experience configuring & supporting HR, Payroll, Salesforce and/or LMS.
3 years Healthcare or health insurance experience.

Responsibilities

Application Maintenance and Support: Maintain knowledge of future application features and map requirements to capabilities.
Coordinate planning and deployment of system upgrades and maintenance; schedule activities.
Define, develop and deliver operational metrics for assigned functional areas.
Project management: identify risks, escalate issues, and manage BAU activities.
Complete unit testing and documentation prior to hand-off to business.
