Pantheon is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with GTM leaders and managers, shaping teams and people processes in a fast‑moving SaaS environment. You’ll advise on workforce planning, coaching, and performance while handling sensitive matters with discretion.

You will work remotely, based in the East or Central time zones, collaborating with Legal and People teams to move initiatives forward and support company growth.

Formación

• 3–5 years progressive experience in Human Resources, including experience supporting managers and leaders in an HRBP role.
• Practical knowledge of employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and core HR practices.
• Ability to build trusted working relationships, listen carefully, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Sound judgment applying policies and guidance; confidence to resolve routine matters and elevate when needed.
• Hands-on, low-ego approach: documentation, coordination, and follow-through that turn advice into action.
• Strong bias to action; you move quickly and manage multiple workstreams.
• Clear written and verbal communication; adapt messages for different audiences.
• Comfort using people data and employee feedback to understand issues and support recommendations.
• Collaborative approach across teams in a changing environment.
• Comfort pivoting priorities and building solutions when playbooks don’t exist.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with GTM leaders on team structure, workforce planning, and talent decisions.
• Build a workable process when there isn't one; use AI/automation to move faster.
• Help solve people issues across the U.S., Canada, EMEA, India, and the Philippines.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance, engagement, and team effectiveness.
• Keep performance and talent processes moving—from talent discussions to development plans.
• Own day‑to‑day employee matters and lead complex employee relations cases with Legal support.
• Design and lead team changes and people projects from planning through implementation.
• Use people data and AI tools to understand what's happening and recommend actions.
• Work closely with People colleagues and business leaders across priorities.
