Pantheon is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support Go-to-Market leaders and managers. You’ll understand business goals, offer practical advice, and perform hands-on work to move people initiatives forward.

You’ll partner with executives, including the leadership team, while staying close to day-to-day employee needs and helping shape effective teams across geographies. You’ll help design processes, coach managers, and lead complex employee relations matters, using data and AI

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Practical knowledge of employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and core HR practices.

• Partner with GTM leaders on team structure, workforce planning, and talent decisions.
• Build workable processes and apply AI/automation to move faster.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance, engagement, and team effectiveness.
