Job summary

Syniti seeks an HR Business Partner to design and deliver talent strategies for GTM functions. You will partner with Delivery HRBPs to align workforce planning and execution across Sales commitments and Services readiness, supporting growth targets.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll drive talent development, succession planning, and policy guidance while ensuring compliance with U.S. labor laws. Join a global, data-driven team committed to inclusion and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience; 3+ years as HRBP.
• Experience supporting GTM or customer-facing teams in US.
• Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute people strategies to enable GTM growth.
• Partner with Delivery HRBPs to align workforce planning and execution.
• Drive performance management, engagement, and recognition programs.
• Develop succession plans and leadership development initiatives.
• Provide policy guidance and regulatory compliance for US workforce.
