Job summary

Pantheon is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with Go-to-Market leaders, build effective teams, and move people initiatives forward. You'll work directly with leaders including the executive team on day-to-day employee needs, handling complex cases with Legal and People teams, and guiding change in a fully remote role based in the east or central time zones.

This role emphasizes practical advice, insight into business goals, and hands-on delivery, using AI and automation to move work

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with GTM leaders on teams and talent decisions.
• Ability to design simple processes and scale with AI/automation.
• Experience leading complex employee relations cases.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Comfort working remotely across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leaders on team structure, workforce planning, and talent decisions.
• Build a workable process when there isn’t one, using AI/automation to move faster.
• Help solve people issues across the U.S., Canada, EMA, India, and the Philippines.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance, engagement, and team effectiveness.
• Keep performance and talent processes moving from planning to development follow-up.
• Own day-to-day employee matters and lead complex employee relations cases with Legal and People.
• Design and lead team changes and communications, staying involved in practical work.
• Use people data and feedback to inform decisions.
