Job summary

ControlUp, Inc is seeking an HR Business Partner to support GTM leadership, manage employee relations and performance, and drive talent initiatives across regions. You will guide HR strategy, recruitment, and employee lifecycle processes in a fast-growing tech environment.

The role requires in-person presence at the Fort Lauderdale office three days per week and collaboration across time zones. If you excel at advising leadership and shaping people programs, join our global HR team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a high-tech/technology company.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success is a strong plus.
• Solid knowledge of US employment law and cross-jurisdiction considerations.
• Proven track record advising, coaching, and guiding managers and employees.
• Hands-on, end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience supporting a global, multi-site organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to GTM leadership across regions, ensuring HR strategy aligns with business goals.
• Advise, coach, and guide managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational challenges.
• Own HR policies and processes, ensuring consistency across a global, multi-entity organization while respecting local labor laws.
• Apply knowledge of employment law to guide managers and mitigate risk across jurisdictions.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles and manage offers and negotiations.
• Own the full employee lifecycle for the GTM population, from recruiting to offboarding, focusing on employee experience.
• Maintain in-person presence at the Fort Lauderdale office three days a week and stay connected with a distributed global HR function.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and drive structure where needed.
