Horizon3.ai is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to scale our GTM teams in a fully remote setup with hybrid options in the Chicago area. You will partner with sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to shape org design, talent management, coaching, compensation, and performance management.

In this role you’ll lead talent reviews and succession planning for key GTM roles, drive onboarding for new managers, and use data to differentiate top vs. low performers.

Qualifications

• Proven HRBP experience supporting high-growth GTM or sales teams.
• Strong understanding of sales motions (SDR, AE, CS) and metrics.
• Experience coaching sales leaders and managing performance in quota environments.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leadership across GTM to drive org design and talent strategies.
• Coach frontline and senior sales leaders on performance and accountability.
• Support onboarding and ramp programs for new GTM managers.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning for key GTM roles.
• Collaborate with RevOps and Finance on headcount planning and compensation.
• Use data insights to guide decisions and reduce risk.
