Job summary

Averro is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to seven Finance VPs and support ~250 salaried employees. You will drive compensation planning, performance cycles, and organizational design in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

With a focus on change management and scaling; you will guide workforce restructuring and partner with Talent Acquisition to accelerate hiring for critical roles while handling employee relations and investigations as needed.

Qualifications

8-10 years of HR experience, including HR business partner support for Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Audit or corporate functions.
Proven change management, re-org, and scaling experience with executive presence and strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic HR partner to seven Finance VPs supporting ~250 mostly salaried employees
Support compensation planning and performance review cycles
Advise on organizational design, change management, and workforce restructuring
Partner with Talent Acquisition to define requirements and speed hiring for critical roles
Lead employee relations matters and workplace investigations
