Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner to support leaders across HR4HR and Marketing, Strategy & Communications. You will consult with senior partners on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and compensation, delivering practical HR solutions with data-driven insights.

You will partner across HR to implement enterprise programs, design organizations, and develop leaders, balancing business goals with employee needs in a dynamic, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5+ years in HR roles.
• Ability to consult with leaders on talent, organizational effectiveness and compensation.
• Experience partnering with HR Centers of Excellence and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and understand HR priorities.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR consultation with practical business perspective.
• Support workforce and organizational planning, role design and leadership transitions.
• Lead talent processes: goal setting, performance, succession and development.
• Collaborate on talent strategies to drive performance and growth.
• Use data and workforce insights to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Support enterprise HR programs and tailored communications.
