Job summary

Averro is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to seven Finance VPs and support ~250 salaried employees. You will drive compensation planning, performance cycles, and organizational design in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

With a focus on change management and scaling; you will guide workforce restructuring and partner with Talent Acquisition to accelerate hiring for critical roles while handling employee relations and investigations as needed.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of HR experience, including HR business partner support for Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Audit or corporate functions.
• Proven change management, re-org, and scaling experience with executive presence and strategic mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
