Job summary

Order.co, the System of Action for the Office of the CFO, is seeking an HR Business Partner to help build high-performing teams as we scale in NYC. This hands-on partner works with leaders on performance, employee relations, talent development, and day-to-day people challenges, reporting to the SVP of People.

You’ll coach managers, diagnose People challenges, and translate business needs into People solutions while helping shape executive strategy at a fast-growing, private-equity-backed company

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive People/HRBP experience.
• Experience coaching managers through performance, feedback, and development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on performance, employee relations, talent development, and team effectiveness.
• Support talent planning, organizational changes, role clarity, succession, and workforce planning.
• Coach managers through performance concerns and difficult conversations; conduct investigations when needed.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and translate business needs into People solutions.
