Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for Commercial, Services, and Headquarters functions. The role drives workforce strategy, leadership development, and organization design to accelerate growth and transformation across global operations.

You will partner with executive leadership, influence talent decisions, and work with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Organizational Effectiveness to deliver future-ready workforce solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
8+ years of HRBP or strategic HR leadership experience.
Experience supporting commercial, services, customer-facing, or headquarters organizations.
Demonstrated success partnering directly with executive leadership teams.
Proven experience driving organization design, workforce planning, leadership development, and transformation initiatives.
Experience operating within global matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

Set workforce strategy for Commercial, Services, and HQ Functions aligned with growth objectives and market opportunities.
Develop future capability plans focused on commercial excellence and leadership pipelines.
Lead organization design efforts enabling growth and productivity across global client groups.
Provide strategic coaching on leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and talent decisions.
Align enterprise HR programs with business-specific solutions and maintain collaboration with Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
