Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MS in HR/OD preferred or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, HRBP experience for G&A or corporate functions.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale an HR function as a strategic partner.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated HRBP for G&A, partnering with senior leaders and teams.
• Lead organizational design, change management, and workforce planning for growth.
