Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to PCS leaders, partnering with Technology, R&D, and functional teams to drive organizational effectiveness and talent outcomes in a global, regulated environment.

You will lead organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, and change initiatives, acting as a trusted partner to executives to align business priorities with people strategy and foster accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on strategic HR business partnering.
• Experience working globally across multiple business units and functions in a mid to large sized, matrixed organization.
• Experience supporting technology organizations and colleagues.
• Demonstrated experience in making strategic HR decisions, coaching and assessing leadership talent, and interfacing with senior-level leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep trusting relationship with leaders to enable coaching and influence in business decisions.
• Provide timely coaching to business leaders and assist in developing leadership skills.
• Partner with stakeholders to design and evolve organization structures aligned to strategy and priorities.
• Be a culture carrier and embed GE Healthcare culture.
• Coach leaders to lead change and engage colleagues in the vision and actions.
• Drive focus toward the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy and goals.
• Monitor talent metrics and take actions to improve performance.
• Lead talent processes including assessment, succession, and development of critical talent.
• Champion simplification and build capability across teams.
