Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a strategic Engineering Workforce Planning & Operations Leader to own headcount planning, demand and capacity modeling, and workforce operations across the Gas Power Engineering organization. This role partners with HR, Finance, and FP&A to align talent with business priorities, delivery commitments, and cost targets.

You will build operating rhythms, standardize processes, own dashboards, and translate workforce data into insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, workforce planning, analytics, or related field.
• Demonstrated alignment with GE Vernova values: Innovation, Customers, Lean, One Team, Accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead headcount planning and ownership of workforce targets to align with budget and priorities.
• Drive demand and capacity modeling to support allocation and hiring decisions.
