General Motors Company seeks an HR Business Partner to align talent strategy with GM’s goals. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development in a hybrid work environment.

You will analyze data to guide decisions, lead organizational design initiatives, and manage complex employee relations while protecting the employee experience in line with GM values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or MA in HR strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in large, complex organizations.
• Proven track record in enterprise organizational design, leadership development, and global talent management.
• Expertise in HR technology platforms and AI-enabled HR solutions.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to define and execute talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational transformation.
• Lead organizational design efforts to optimize performance and support change initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor guiding leaders through ambiguity and risk.
• Use data and insights to drive strategic HR decisions and demonstrate impact.
• Collaborate with COEs to deliver business-aligned HR solutions.
