Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner Executive Services to provide expert HR consultation and implement business-unit HR programs. You will build credibility with business-unit leaders and mentor HR Partners.

The role focuses on workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, employee relations, and compensation and benefits, aligning HR solutions with business strategy and driving top talent outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience with business acumen.
• HR generalist skills across ER, law, engagement, succession, comp, PM, planning, recruitment and development.
• Strong analytical abilities to translate data into HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consultation and implement unit-specific HR programs.
• Partner with recruiting to attract and retain talent.
• Lead succession planning and talent reviews with leadership.
• Address employee relations and conduct investigations with guidance.
• Oversee compensation planning including salary, bonus and equity with BU leaders.
