Job summary

CFS, a technology-driven organization, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner in Wisconsin. You will partner with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, lead workforce planning, and drive organizational development.

You will coach executives, manage employee relations, ensure compliance, and support change management during growth and transformation. This is a high-impact role with visibility across operations and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience in a senior HRBP or equivalent role.
• Experience supporting operational, manufacturing, supply chain, or frontline populations.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment laws, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives, operational priorities, and performance goals.
• Provide guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
• Develop and implement practical HR solutions that support business needs and drive measurable outcomes.
• Coach and advise leaders at all levels to strengthen leadership effectiveness, decision-making, and accountability.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, including performance concerns, workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee separations.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices in compliance with applicable labor and employment laws.
