Job summary

River Bank seeks an HR Business Partner in Wisconsin to execute HR strategies supporting the organization’s direction, specializing in employee relations, engagement, performance management, onboarding, compensation, and compliance.

You will coach managers, lead full-cycle recruitment, support talent management and succession planning, administer HRIS and reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain confidential records while fostering an inclusive, high‑performing workplace.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Knowledge of HR management and applicable employment laws (federal, state, local).
• Proven ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coach managers and employees in consistent use of HR tools, policies, programs.
• Promote an inclusive workplace culture that supports engagement and growth.
• Collaborate on talent management and full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Assist with succession planning and retention across departments.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and policy compliance.
• Monitor climate, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee HRIS operations and HR data reporting.
• Support timecard approvals for payroll processing.
• Administer FMLA, unemployment claims, and compliance reporting.
