Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience including senior generalist or HRBP roles.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate priorities into practical people solutions.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management and leadership coaching.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with leaders and understand their business, priorities and challenges.
• Coach and advise leaders on organizational, talent and people matters to strengthen leadership effectiveness.
• Serve as primary resource for employee relations and performance management with practical guidance.
• Partner on talent, workforce and succession needs and translate priorities into actions.
• Support organizational change and evolving ways of working during transitions.
• Use feedback and workforce data to identify opportunities to improve engagement and experience.
• Collaborate with People function to ensure consistent HR practices and processes.
