Job summary

American Family Insurance seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with leaders, turning business priorities into people strategies. You will influence talent decisions, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and drive solutions for employees and the future of the business.

This is a hybrid role based in Madison, WI, with relocation support for eligible candidates. You will lead strategic initiatives across talent acquisition, development, succession, retention and inclusion,

Qualifications

Experience with change management and organizational change.
Ability to forecast capacity and capability to deliver objectives.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing outcomes.
Experience using reporting and analytics to drive business insights.
Understanding of agile principles and organization change efforts.

Responsibilities

Partner with executives and division leaders to align people strategies with business priorities.
Lead organizational transformation and implement tailored HR solutions.
Drive strategic talent initiatives including development, succession, retention and inclusion.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Practice and shared services across the employee lifecycle.
Influence leaders through change and build alignment with organizational priorities.
