Slalom in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements, shaping future-state operating models and HR processes.

You will partner with HR leaders to design service delivery models, governance, and analytics, while guiding HRIS decisions and change management across payroll, time, and absence domains. Experience with AI-enabled HR use cases is valued.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of HR consulting, advisory, or related field experience.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, design, and delivery across HR engagements.
• Experience advising clients on HR service delivery models, organization structures, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR transformation engagements from discovery to future‑state design.
• Partner with HR leaders on strategy, governance, and service delivery models.
• Design and optimize core HR processes across hire‑to‑retire with payroll/time focus.
• Advise on HRIS vendor selections and post‑go‑live optimization.
• Contribute to people analytics and strategic workforce planning engagements.
• Build trusted client relationships to drive outcomes and expand Slalom's footprint.
• Support HRT practice development with offerings and tools.
• Identify and guide AI-enabled HR use cases and adoption strategies.
