Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR tech experiences across the enterprise. You will drive strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital experiences supporting candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Digital Product Management, Business Analysis, or HR Transformation roles.
• 4+ years gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, and delivering tech solutions in Agile environments.
• 4+ years supporting/configuring HR tech platforms (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, T&A, Case Management).
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive HR Technology experience strategy across HR service journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements, process analysis, and solution design for HR Tech initiatives.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies; propose solutions to improve adoption and self-service.
• Design integrated solutions across Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, mobile, automation, and AI.
• Develop operating models, processes, roadmaps, and buy/build recommendations.
• Participate in vendor assessments and technology selection efforts.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, HR stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Assess AI, automation, and conversational tech to improve colleague experiences and reduce support demand.
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, and investment proposals.
• Define adoption metrics and reporting frameworks to measure outcomes.
