Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Digital Product Management, Business Analysis, or HR Transformation roles.
• 4+ years of experience gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and delivering technology solutions in an Agile environment.
• 4+ years of experience supporting and configuring HR Technology platforms, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Case Management solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
• 3+ years partnering with HR stakeholders to identify business needs, design solutions, and drive adoption.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional HR/IT initiatives.
• 2+ years leading UAT, defect management, and solution validation.
• 2+ years strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• 2+ years excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills.
• 2+ years presenting findings to senior leaders and executives.
• 2+ years managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HR Technology experience strategy across personas and HR service journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design activities for strategic HR Technology initiatives.
• Identify gaps and friction points and recommend technology solutions to improve adoption and self-service.
• Design integrated solutions leveraging Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, mobile capabilities, and AI.
• Develop operating models, process flows, and implementation roadmaps.
• Evaluate platform capabilities and provide build versus buy recommendations.
• Participate in vendor assessments and technology selections.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, HR stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Assess opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve colleague experiences.
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, and investment proposals.
• Define adoption metrics and reporting frameworks to measure outcomes.
• Support change management, training, and adoption activities.
• Develop clear user guides and ensure system/product adoption enterprise-wide.
• Lead system testing and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
• Report findings to senior management to drive alignment.
