Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a strategic HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR experiences across the enterprise. This role will drive strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital experiences supporting candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology or related roles.
• 4+ years gathering requirements in Agile environments.
• 4+ years configuring HR platforms (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance).
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management.
• 3+ years partnering with HR stakeholders to design and drive adoption.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional HR/IT/vendor initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive HR technology experience strategy across personas and HR journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements, process analysis, and solution design for HR tech initiatives.
• Identify gaps and friction points to boost adoption and self-service.
• Design integrated HR solutions leveraging Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and automation.
• Develop operating models, process flows, and implementation roadmaps.
• Evaluate build vs. buy and vendor options aligned with business goals.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, HR stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Define adoption metrics and reporting to measure business outcomes.
