CVS Health is seeking a strategic HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR tech experiences across the enterprise. This role drives strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital experiences for candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Digital Product Management, Business Analysis, or HR Transformation.
• 4+ years gathering business requirements, fit-gap analysis, and delivering technology solutions in an Agile environment.
• 4+ years supporting and configuring HR technology platforms with HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and related systems.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
• 3+ years partnering with HR stakeholders to identify needs, design solutions, and drive adoption.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional initiatives involving HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and vendors.
• 3+ years creating functional requirements, process maps, business cases, testing strategies, and docs.
• 2+ years leading UAT, defect management, and solution validation.
• 2+ years strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• 2+ years presenting findings and updates to senior leaders and executives.
• 2+ years managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HR Technology experience strategy across personas and HR journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements, process analysis, and solution design for HR tech initiatives.
• Identify gaps and friction points; recommend tech solutions to improve self-service.
• Design integrated solutions using Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, mobile capabilities, and automation.
• Develop future-state operating models, flows, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate platform capabilities; provide build vs buy recommendations.
• Participate in vendor assessments, proof-of-concepts, and technology selection.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, HR stakeholders, and vendors.
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, and investment proposals.
• Define adoption metrics and reporting to measure outcomes and satisfaction.
