Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a strategic and technically minded HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to shape employee-facing HR experiences across the enterprise. You will drive strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital experiences supporting candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

The ideal candidate blends HR technology expertise with solution design, digital transformation, AI-enabled self-service, and vendor evaluation to craft seamless experiences

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Digital Product Management, Business Analysis, or HR Transformation.
• 4+ years of experience gathering requirements and delivering tech solutions in Agile environments.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
• Experience partnering with HR stakeholders to design and drive adoption.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the HR Technology experience strategy across multiple personas and HR service journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for strategic HR Technology initiatives.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies and recommend tech solutions for better adoption and self-service.
• Design integrated solutions using Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, mobile capabilities, automation, and AI.
• Develop operating models, process flows, and roadmaps for implementations.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, HR stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Lead adoption metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure outcomes.
