CVS Health is seeking a strategic HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR technology experiences across the enterprise. This role will drive strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital experiences supporting candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, Operations, Digital Product Management or HR Transformation.
• 4+ years gathering requirements and delivering solutions in Agile environments.
• 4+ years configuring HR platforms incl. HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Case Management.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
• 3+ years partnering with HR stakeholders to design solutions and drive adoption.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional HR/IT/vendor initiatives.
• 3+ years creating requirements, process maps and testing strategies.
• 2+ years leading UAT, defect management and solution validation.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive HR technology experience strategy across HR journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements, process analysis and solution design for HR tech initiatives.
• Identify gaps and friction points and recommend self-service technology solutions.
• Design integrated solutions leveraging Workday, HRSD, mobile capabilities and automation.
• Develop future-state operating models, flows, recommendations and roadmaps.
• Evaluate build vs buy aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in vendor assessments and technology selection efforts.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, HR stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Assess opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve colleague experiences.
