CVS Health is seeking a strategic and technically minded HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolution of employee-facing HR technology experiences across the enterprise. This role will drive the strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital experiences supporting candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

Qualifications

5+ years in HR technology or HRIS roles.
Experience gathering requirements and delivering tech solutions in Agile.
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and related HR platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with vendor assessments and technology selection.

Responsibilities

Define HR technology experience strategy across HR journeys.
Lead discovery, requirements, and solution design for HR technology initiatives.
Identify gaps and recommend tech solutions to improve adoption.
Design integrated solutions leveraging Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and automation.
Develop roadmaps, business cases, and investment proposals.
Define adoption metrics and reporting frameworks.
Coordinate UAT and ensure quality deliverables.
Partner with stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable HR solutions.
