Job summary
Sentara Health seeks an HR Technology Architect to serve as a strategic partner across Human Resources, translating HR business needs into scalable technology solutions within Workday and the broader HR tech ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is curious, solution‑oriented, and capable of partnering with HR, IT, and enterprise stakeholders to architect end‑to‑end HR processes, including Talent Acquisition, Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Absence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience with Workday and relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven ability to architect HR technology solutions across end-to-end processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, HR Technology, IT and enterprise stakeholders to evaluate processes and architect scalable HR tech solutions.
- Guide solution design, integrations, technology decisions and architecture standards across the employee lifecycle.
- Translate HR business needs into scalable technical solutions beyond basic configuration or development.
