Sentara Health seeks an HR Technology Architect to translate HR needs into scalable technology solutions across the employee lifecycle. The role drives architecture standards, guides integrations, and partners with HR, IT and enterprise stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise strategy.

Strong Workday experience and related certifications are preferred, with opportunities for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a tobacco-free, diverse workplace.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR, HR Technology, IT and stakeholders to architect HR tech solutions.
• Translate business problems into scalable technology and design decisions.
• Guide solution design, integrations, and architecture standards within enterprise context.
• Deliver HR technology solutions across Talent Acquisition, Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and lifecycle processes.
