Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR technology experiences across the enterprise. You will drive strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital experiences supporting candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

The ideal candidate blends HR Technology expertise with solution design, digital transformation, and vendor evaluation to create seamless experiences using Workday, ServiceNow HRSD,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations, Digital Product Management, or HR Transformation roles.
• 4+ years gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, and delivering tech solutions in Agile.
• 4+ years supporting HR technology platforms (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance).
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management.
• 3+ years partnering with HR stakeholders to design solutions and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive HR Technology experience strategy across personas and HR journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for strategic HR tech initiatives.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies; recommend technology solutions to improve adoption and self-service.
• Design integrated solutions leveraging Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, mobile capabilities, automation, and AI.
• Develop operating models, flows, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate platform capabilities; provide build vs buy recommendations.
• Participate in vendor assessments, PoCs, and tech selections.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, HR stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Assess opportunities to use AI, automation, and AI-enabled experiences to reduce support demand.
• Develop business cases, executive slides, and investment proposals.
• Define adoption metrics and KPIs; report on business outcomes.
