Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR technology experiences across the enterprise. You will drive strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital experiences supporting candidates, new hires, employees and HR teams.

The ideal candidate combines deep HR technology expertise with experience in AI-enabled self-service, vendor evaluation, and cross-system integration (Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, mobile platforms)

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, or similar roles.
• 4+ years requirements gathering & Agile delivery.
• 4+ years configuring HR platforms (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance).
• 3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management.
• 3+ years partnering with HR stakeholders to drive adoption.
• 2+ years leading UAT and defect management.
• Strong analytics and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive HR technology experience strategy.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Identify gaps and recommend tech solutions to improve adoption.
• Design integrated solutions across Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, mobile, automation.
• Develop operating models, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Lead vendor assessments and technology selection.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineering and HR stakeholders.
• Define adoption metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Develop training materials and change management activities.
• Lead UAT testing with business stakeholders.
