Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to shape and evolve employee-facing HR technology experiences. You will drive strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization across candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

The ideal candidate combines deep HR technology expertise with design thinking, AI-enabled self-service, and vendor evaluation to deliver seamless experiences across Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

5+ years in HR technology, HRIS, HR operations, digital product management or HR transformation.
4+ years gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, and delivering technology solutions in Agile environments.
3+ years with HR platforms such as Workday, HRSD, and related systems; strong integration knowledge.
2+ years leading UAT, defect management, and validation activities.
2+ years of analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

Define and drive HR technology experience strategy across HR journeys.
Lead discovery, requirements, and solution design for strategic HR tech initiatives.
Identify gaps and friction points to improve adoption and self-service.
Design integrated solutions using Workday, HRSD, mobile capabilities, and AI.
Develop operating models, process flows, and implementation roadmaps.
Evaluate platform capabilities and advise build vs buy decisions.
