CVS Health is seeking a strategic and technically minded HR Technology Strategy & Delivery Lead to design and evolve employee-facing HR technology experiences across the enterprise. This role will drive strategy, requirements, solution design, and modernization of digital experiences supporting candidates, new hires, employees, managers, and HR teams.

The ideal candidate will combine HR technology expertise with solution design, digital transformation, AI-enabled self-service, and vendor

Qualifications

5+ years in HR technology, HRIS, HR operations, or related roles.
4+ years gathering requirements and delivering tech solutions in Agile environments.
Experience with HR platforms including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and time management.
3+ years with ServiceNow or similar case management platforms.
Demonstrated ability to partner with HR stakeholders and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

Define HR technology experience strategy across HR journeys.
Lead discovery, requirements, process analysis, and design activities.
Identify gaps and recommend tech solutions to improve self-service.
Design integrated solutions using Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and mobile platforms.
Develop roadmaps, business cases, and executive presentations.
