Responsibilities

• Provide HR services to Title 32 technicians, Title 5, and Active Guard Reserves.
• Advise commanders and supervisors on HR programs affecting full-time employees.
• Coordinate HR transactions with the HRO and Wing.
• Develop and provide statistical reports on military HR issues to assist management decisions.
• Assist HRO with staff visits and training of personnel within the unit.
• Coordinate hiring actions, vacancy announcements, and eligibility certificates as needed.
• Monitor performance evaluations and track nominations for awards and training.
