Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher or 2 years of graduate study in a related field.
• Graduate education credit limits apply; transcripts required.

Responsibilities

• Advises commanders on HR programs affecting full-time personnel.
• Analyzes data and determines HR actions impacting personnel management.
• Assists with staff visits, training, and briefings for staff and leadership.
• Produces statistical HR reports to aid management decisions.
• Handles recruitment, placement, classification, benefits, training, and awards for personnel.
• Interprets policies and provides guidance to managers on HR processes.
• Monitors performance evaluations and maintains Manning documents.

Education
