The role involves directing personnel management activities, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining records in line with PSDG and Air Force directives. Candidates should have a graduate degree or equivalent education and experience in military HR practices.

Formación

• Master's degree or 2 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Experience or education aligned with military personnel management and HR practices as appropriate.
• Ability to provide guidance on personnel actions and maintain records.

Responsabilidades

• Directs a small team supporting CSS/CCQ operations at the Group level.
• Oversees personnel functions, training, and mission readiness in accordance with Air Force policies.
• Coordinates management activities, acts as SME on personnel policies and regulations.
• Provides guidance to junior HR Specialists on actions including promotions and awards.
• Administers and manages personnel records, evaluations, and official correspondence.
• Oversees unit deployment readiness and training activities.
• Advises commanders on training options and compliance with standards.
