Job summary

Arrowhead Talent Solutions is seeking a Client Sales Executive to drive new HR consulting business across the Midwest/Central region, including travel to client offices. You will develop strategic HR solutions, manage proposals, and build lasting relationships with C-suite clients.

You will lead campaigns, partner with marketing, and collaborate across teams to achieve annual revenue goals while expanding market presence in small to mid-sized companies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR management experience with strategic focus.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and drive sales.
• SHRM-SCP or HRCI-SPHR certification is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership presence and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR trends; able to advise clients effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and attend networking events regularly.
• Clear communication and ability to manage complex client relationships.
• Leadership presence with empathy, confidence, and influence.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new business through networking, referrals, and events.
• Partner with marketing to execute campaigns, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Assess client needs, design tailored HR solutions, and manage proposals/RFPs.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance services and build new opportunities.
• Track and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools.
